About the Opportunity

A well-established manufacturer is seeking a Cost Accountant to support plant operations and financial reporting. This position will partner closely with production leadership to analyze costs, inventory, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain standard costing systems

  • Analyze manufacturing variances

  • Perform inventory reconciliations

  • Assist with month-end and year-end close

  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes

  • Prepare financial and operational reports

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 3+ years of cost accounting experience

  • Manufacturing experience required

  • Strong ERP skills

  • Advanced Excel proficiency
