This location is owned and operated by Jesse Keyser, a world-renowned multi-unit salon operator known for building high-performing teams and successful locations.

What the Job Involves

• Supporting the Store Manager with daily operations and team oversight
• Training, mentoring, and developing stylists on the floor
• Delivering outstanding client service while boosting retail sales
• Assisting with hiring and building a top-quality team
• Maintaining high cleanliness and brand standards
• Helping grow our client base in the Evansville area

Requirements

• Previous leadership or management experience (salon/retail preferred)
• Active Indiana Cosmetology license required
• Positive, outgoing personality with solid communication skills
• Sales-driven mindset and team-oriented attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Compensation & Benefits
