Requirements

Requirements:

1+ year of customer service, contact center, or customer support experience

Strong phone skills with the ability to manage incoming and outgoing calls confidently

Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry abilities

Comfortable working across multiple programs and systems at once

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Professional communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to stay organized, motivated, and productive while working remotely
