Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Electrical for a direct hire opportunity in Kansas City, MO. This role is ideal for a construction professional who is ready to lead complex electrical construction projects across commercial, industrial, institutional, infrastructure, energy, and government environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage electrical construction projects from initiation through final closeout, including planning, execution, documentation, and client communication.
- Lead project meetings, coordinate with internal teams, clients, design professionals, subcontractors, and trade partners.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, resource planning, material procurement, expediting, and overall project performance.
- Review electrical drawings, specifications, scopes of work, change orders, and project documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with NEC requirements, regulatory standards, and quality expectations.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to project teams while building strong long-term stakeholder relationships.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $80,000 to $110,000 per year.
- Direct hire opportunity.
