Job Summary

We are seeking a Contract Specialist that has experience in the Construction Industry. This role supports a construction organizations Legal and Risk team by keeping critical owner, subcontractor, vendor, and project agreements moving accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and finalize construction agreements, including AIA/DBIA documents, owner contracts, master agreements, exhibits, and related contract documentation.
- Review contract redlines, identify deviations from approved terms, and escalate complex legal or risk concerns to counsel when appropriate.
- Coordinate Guaranteed Maximum Price amendments, signatures, contract records, document routing, and deadline tracking to support active construction projects.
- Serve as a contract resource for project teams regarding document requirements, agreement status, signature progress, and compliance needs.
- Support vendor onboarding, prequalification, licensing verification, contract compliance, and documentation issues that may impact payments or project timelines.
- Maintain organized records in Procore, DocuSign, internal databases, and related document management systems.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $80,000 to $90,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
