We have an immediate career opportunity for a Credentialing Specialist within our Security organization.
As a Credentialing Specialist, you will play a critical role in administering and maintaining credentialing and access authorization programs that support compliance with Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations. This position is responsible for managing badging processes, conducting compliance audits, coordinating regulatory reporting, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the security and integrity of DHL's operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer employee, contractor, and vendor credentialing programs.
- Coordinate badging activities and maintain access authorization records.
- Support badge issuance, renewals, deactivations, and audits.
- Obtain and maintain TSA Signatory and Hologram Coordinator privileges.
- Conduct internal audits of TSA and CBP compliance records.
- Conduct internal audits of TSA and CBP compliance records.
- Perform physical audits within operational areas to verify compliance and access control requirements.
- Audit parking permit records and associated documentation.
- Monitor compliance trends and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare and coordinate weekly compliance and activity reports.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Generate detailed reports for Corporate Security, Human Resources, Operations Leadership, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all credentialing records are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
- Serve as a liaison between DHL business units, TSA, and CBP.
- Support operational teams by providing guidance on credentialing and compliance requirements.
- Partner with Recruiting, Training, Security, and Operations teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Assist with coverage across multiple shifts, including support for third-shift credential renewals when needed.

Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating credentialing requirements for individuals requiring access to secure and bonded areas.
- Communicating corrective actions identified through audits.
- Ensuring contractor and vendor compliance with DHL security requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience preparing professional reports and documentation for leadership review.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in credentialing, access control, security administration, regulatory compliance, or auditing.
- Knowledge of TSA and CBP regulations and requirements.
- Experience working in a transportation, logistics, aviation, or regulated operational environment.
- Familiarity with security databases, badging systems, or access control platforms.
