Facilities Assistant (full-time), FacilitiesCentral Bank & Trust Co.

JOB SUMMARY:

Performs ongoing maintenance of Bank’s facilities as well as repair work such as electrical, plumbing, carpet repair, roof repair, drywall, painting, etc.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• High School diploma or GED
• Three+years’experience in building maintenance (, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Ability to lift 100 pounds
• Maintain a valid Kentucky driver’s license
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Able to work without direct supervision
• Customer- oriented
• Logical problem-solving ability

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Delivers office supplies to banking centers.

1. Completes duties according to preventive maintenance schedules (e.g. lubricates door locks and hinges, check roof top fans for proper operation.).

1. Performs repairs to interior and exterior of facilities.

1. Completes written report of daily activities and work accomplished.

1. Operates small gasoline engines.

1. Performs other duties as assigned.
