Now Hiring Assistant Manager in Owensboro! Sport Clips of Owensboro is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to help lead our team. This location is proudly owned and operated by Jesse Keyser, a world-renowned multi-unit salon operator known for running top-performing locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations
• Train, mentor, and inspire our stylists daily
• Drive exceptional client experiences and retail sales
• Participate in recruiting and team development
• Maintain outstanding store cleanliness and presentation
• Help grow our loyal client base in the Owensboro community

Requirements

• Leadership or management experience (salon/retail preferred)
• Active Kentucky Cosmetology license required
• Positive, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Results-driven and team-oriented
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Compensation & Benefits
