Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health contract in Mansfield, LA. This assignment involves providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, completing clinical documentation, and coordinating care with the healthcare team.

Job Details

• Location: Mansfield, LA, and surrounding areas, including Stonewall, Frierson, Keatchie, Logansport, Grand Cane, Coushatta, and Campti

• Pay: $53 to $55.90/hr

• Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:30 PM

• Hours: 40 hours per week

• Mileage: Reimbursed between patient visits

• On-Call/Weekend: One week per month

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout the assigned coverage area.

• Conduct home health visits and assess patients' health status and care needs.

• Monitor changes in patient conditions and communicate updates to physicians and the healthcare team.

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

• Follow established care plans and home health guidelines.

• Manage daily visits to meet productivity expectations.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Ability to provide nursing care in a home health setting.

• Strong patient assessment and clinical documentation skills.

• Effective communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to travel throughout the assigned coverage area.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and PointCare.

• Previous home health nursing experience.

• Strong time management and independent decision-making skills.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $55.90 per hour
