Robert Half has partnered with a growing company based in Auburn, ME to locate an HR Generalist for a full time position with benefits. This role focuses on employee relations for new locations nationally as the organization grows.

Role includes 75% Travel with overnight stays throughout United States. Must live in Maine.

The ideal HR Generalist candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• 3-5 years of Human Resources experience

• HRIS and Payroll

• Compensation Analysis

• Employee Onboarding & Integration

• Benefits Administration

• Employee Relations

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred
