CreaFill Fibers (https://www.creafill.com/) is seeking a result-driven Production Manager to lead and oversee our manufacturing operations and warehouse department. The Production Manager reports directly to the Plant Manager. We believe the leadership, accountability, and operational discipline developed through military service translate directly into success in this role — and we actively seek candidates with that background.

●      Lead, mentor, and develop the production and warehouse teams to meet operational goals

●      Ensure strict adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS) and Food Safety standards (GMPs)

●      Collaborate with the EHS Manager to maintain a safe and compliant working environment

●      Analyze, monitor and evaluate the performance of production and warehouse departments

●      Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, or similar methodologies)

●      Coordinate and assist in the development and administration of associate training programs

●      Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering discipline, or equivalent military leadership experience

●      Minimum of 3 years of proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility or military

●      Full proficiency in computer use, including production management or ERP systems

●      Minimum of basic electrical knowledge and understanding of PLCs, VFDs, Soft Starts, etc.

●      Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude

●      Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

●      Spanish as a second language a plus

●      ISO experience and GMP familiarity a plus
