• Motivate, coach, and lead a high-performing salon team
• Deliver and model a championship-level haircut experience
• Build strong client relationships and grow a loyal client base
• Train and develop stylists to reach their highest potential

• Lead by example behind the chair when needed

What Were Looking For:

• Valid Maryland cosmetology or barber license
• 2+ years of salon experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and people skills
• Passion for customer service, teamwork, and growth
