We're looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience as a Retail Sales Merchandiser to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring products are displayed effectively and attractively to drive sales. You'll work with plan-o-grams, clip strips, J-hooks, and impulse merchandising techniques to create compelling product displays. Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset are key to succeeding in this position.

Execute and maintain product displays using plan-o-grams, clip strips, and J-hooks to ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing Implement impulse merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and drive sales in high-traffic areas Collaborate with store staff to ensure displays meet brand standards and provide a positive customer experience

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to meet merchandising deadlines and store needs Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform tasks such as bending and reaching Reliable transportation to travel between multiple retail locations as needed
