MerchandiserJacent Strategic Merchandising

We're looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience as a Merchandiser to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring products are displayed effectively and attractively to drive sales. You'll work with plan-o-grams, clip strips, J-hooks, and impulse merchandising techniques to create compelling product displays. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a keen eye for detail and enjoys creating visually appealing retail environments.

Execute and maintain product displays using plan-o-grams, clip strips, and J-hooks to ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing Implement impulse merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and drive sales in key areas of the store Collaborate with store staff to ensure displays meet brand standards and address any merchandising needs in a timely manner

Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods of time in a retail environment Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple store locations or sections Flexible availability, including weekends and early morning hours, to meet the demands of a retail schedule
