Position Summary: The Referral Coordinator ensures Referrals made by the providers are processed to ensure our patientsreceive timely follow-up, on their diagnosis. They verify patients insurance and request authorization forpending referrals. Referral Coordinators arerequired to follow-up with patients to ensure the patienthas all required information. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate referral appointments Maintain and update patient records Verify patient insurance information Provide administrative support Answer patient questions Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of medical terminology 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
