MerchandiserJacent Strategic Merchandising

We're looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience as a Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring products are displayed effectively and attractively across retail locations. You'll work with plan-o-grams, clip strips, J-hooks, and impulse merchandising techniques to maximize product visibility and sales. Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset are key to succeeding in this position.

Plan and execute product displays and floor layouts to maximize visibility and sales performance Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store teams to ensure shelves are stocked and organized Analyze sales data and customer trends to make informed merchandising decisions

Ability to travel to multiple retail locations on a regular basis Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends or early mornings as needed Physically able to lift and move product displays and merchandise up to 50 lbs
