I'm partnering with a financial institution seeking a detail-oriented professional to join its commercial lending team!

This is a great opportunity for someone with banking experience who enjoys working with loan documentation, coordinating transactions, and supporting the commercial lending process from application through closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate commercial loan applications and track outstanding documentation, financials, appraisals, and due diligence items.

• Prepare, review, and maintain commercial loan files to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Assist with loan closings, renewals, modifications, UCC filings, and construction loan advances.

• Partner with commercial lending officers, attorneys, appraisers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth loan transactions.

• Ensure loan documentation complies with credit approval terms and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• 13 years of banking experience, ideally with exposure to lending or loan documentation.

• A bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, combined with at least one year of banking experience, is also welcome.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Familiarity with loan origination systems is a plus.
