Earn More with Efficient Scheduling: Most of our Per Diem nurses can average 2 patient visits per hour, allowing many clinicians to earn the equivalent of $62+ per hour while enjoying maximum flexibility and autonomy. Requirements Licensure: Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of RN experience (BSN preferred). Psychiatric or Home Health Experience: Preferred but not required. Transportation: Reliable vehicle with active automobile insurance. Safety: Current CPR certification and N95 Fit Test completion. Physical Demands & Environment Mobility: Frequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, and kneeling. Dexterity: Continuous use of hands and fingers for clinical documentation and patient care. Lifting: Occasional lifting, pushing, or transferring of patients and equipment (>25 lbs). Hazards: Regular exposure to bloodborne and airborne pathogens.
