Your Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
Help with mobility, walking, transfers, and safe positioning
Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when necessary
Offer companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe living space
Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
Report changes in clients' health, condition, or care needs to the team
Qualifications
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
Compassionate, patient, and responsible
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts
Complete vaccination records preferred
