We're looking for someone with 5-8 years of experience as a Merchandiser who knows their way around a retail floor. In this role, you'll be responsible for executing product placements, maintaining plan-o-grams, and ensuring displays are visually appealing and strategically positioned to drive sales. You'll work with tools like clip strips, J-hooks, and impulse merchandising techniques to maximize product visibility. Plan and execute product displays and floor layouts to maximize visibility and sales performance Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store teams to ensure shelves are stocked and organized Analyze sales data and customer trends to make informed merchandising decisions
Ability to travel to multiple retail locations on a regular basis Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends or early mornings as needed Physically able to lift and move product displays and merchandise up to 50 lbs
