Your Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care, grooming, and daily living activities
Help with walking, mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping to help maintain a safe and comfortable home
Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
Keep the care team informed about changes in a client's condition or needs
Qualifications
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
Patient, compassionate, and dependable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently in a client's home
Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts
Complete vaccination records preferred
