Job Summary
- Describe all specials and items on the menu.
- Assist other servers to give the best possible service.
- Perform necessary sidework.
- Handle guest checks according to internal policy.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for proper uniform attire and proper name tag.
- Serve all food and beverages with proper garnishes.
- Monitor all tables in your station.
- Operate a cash register/POS System, ringing proper amount into the register and giving the guest or server the correct change; accounting for all cash, charge and complimentary sales according to established procedures; maintaining integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities.
- Assists with overall room functions by performing duties that include cleaning and resetting tables, menus, folding napkins and handing out customer comment cards as required.
- Performs all duties in a polite, professional and responsible manner, including but not limited to immediately alerting management of guests who are intoxicated, unruly or disruptive, as well as strictly enforcing the minimum age policy.
- Maintaining a clean and stocked workstation in accordance with established health and safety guidelines.
- All other assisgned duties.
