Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health for a contract assignment in Houghton, Michigan. This role focuses on managing patient care in the home setting, providing skilled nursing services, and completing admissions, recertifications, and discharges.

Job Details

       Location: Houghton, MI

       Contract: November  2026 February  2027

       Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:30 PM

       Coverage Area: Houghton, Keweenaw (partial), and Baraga (partial) Counties

       On-Call/Weekend: One weekend per month and 3 weekdays per month

       Mileage: Reimbursed between patient visits

       Scrub Color: Navy blue

Responsibilities

       Manage and coordinate skilled nursing care for patients in their homes.

       Perform nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions.

       Provide wound care, dressing changes, and medication education and setup as needed.

       Complete patient admissions, recertifications, and discharges.

       Educate patients and caregivers on medications, treatment plans, and ongoing care needs.

       Document patient visits and care accurately.

       Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes.

       Travel between patient homes throughout the assigned coverage area.

Requirements

       Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

       Previous home health or home care nursing experience.

       Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.

       Excellent communication and organizational skills.

       Ability to work independently in a home health setting.

       Experience with PICC lines and wound vacs is a plus.

       Availability for the required schedule and on-call rotation.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $55.90 per hour
