Job Title: General Labor

Job Description

This position involves manufacturing carpeted products for the automotive industry. It is a full-time, long-term role with openings on the 2nd shift. Candidates will be responsible for loading and unloading materials and assemblies into presses, performing inspections, and producing formed and trimmed products.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and assemblies into presses.
• Perform inspections and ensure quality of products.
• Produce formed and trimmed carpeted products.
• Handle carpet assemblies weighing 10-15 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work consistently for 6 days a week, including overtime and weekends as needed.

Essential Skills

• Stable work history of at least 1-2 years at previous jobs.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, inspection, loading, trimming, unloading, and assembly.

This is a Permanent position based out of Marysville, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36400.00 - $37024.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
