Description We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to support a busy plaintiff-side litigation practice in Minnesota. This role focuses on workers compensation matters and is suited to someone who can manage deadlines, maintain organized case files, and contribute effectively in a collaborative legal setting. The firm is dedicated to delivering strong advocacy and responsive service to clients from a wide range of backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

Support attorneys throughout workers compensation cases by preparing documents, organizing evidence, and tracking important deadlines.

Coordinate the filing of pleadings, forms, and related case materials to help ensure accuracy and timely submission.

Manage case files and update information in case management systems to keep records complete and accessible.

Assist with discovery by gathering records, reviewing documentation, and preparing materials needed for litigation.

Help prepare attorneys for hearings, depositions, and trial-related activities by assembling exhibits and relevant case information.

Communicate with clients, medical providers, and other parties to obtain updates, records, and required documentation.

Monitor litigation calendars and follow up on outstanding items to support efficient case progression. Requirements At least 5 years of hands-on paralegal experience in workers compensation law.

Demonstrated background supporting litigation matters, including discovery and trial preparation.

Proficiency with case management software and maintaining well-organized legal files.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate work under time-sensitive deadlines.

Dependable attendance and the ability to work scheduled hours consistently.

Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and colleagues in a team-oriented environment.

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is preferred, but not required.
