Own short- and long-range cash forecasting for receivables by developing assumptions, evaluating risks and opportunities, and improving forecast accuracy through variance analysis.
Maintain audit-ready documentation, support internal control testing, and review new account setups with a focus on credit exposure and risk mitigation.
Lead, coach, and develop team members through clear performance expectations, ongoing feedback, and talent-building initiatives that support long-term growth.
Requirements Proven experience leading accounts receivable or commercial collections teams in a supervisory or management capacity.
