Schedule & Pay

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM
• $19.00-$20.00/hr. starting pay
• Additional $1.00/hr. shift differential
• Overtime available

What You'll Do

• Assemble medical catheters and related components in a clean room environment
• Use microscopes, tweezers, cutters, and other precision tools
• Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards
• Perform visual inspections throughout the assembly process
• Complete packaging and documentation of finished products
• Learn multiple product lines through cross-training opportunities
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals

What We're Looking For

• 6+ months of medical device or clean room assembly experience
• Experience using a microscope for assembly or inspection
• Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with very small components
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality procedures
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn, grow, and cross-train in different areas

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maplewood, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
