We're looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience as a Retail Sales Merchandiser to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring products are displayed effectively and attractively to drive sales. You'll work with plan-o-grams, clip strips, J-hooks, and impulse merchandising techniques to create compelling product displays. Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset are key to succeeding in this position.

Execute and maintain product displays using plan-o-grams, clip strips, and J-hooks to ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing Implement impulse merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and drive sales in high-traffic areas Collaborate with store staff to ensure displays meet brand standards and address any merchandising needs in a timely manner

Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods during store visits and resets Comfortable working independently across multiple retail locations with minimal supervision Reliable transportation and the flexibility to work varied schedules, including early mornings or weekends as needed
