Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Claims Administrator to support the processing, documentation, and coordination of claims-related activities. This position plays a key role in ensuring claims are accurately reviewed, tracked, and maintained while providing exceptional service to internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is process-driven, analytical, and comfortable managing high volumes of information in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process incoming claims documentation for completeness and accuracy.

• Maintain electronic records and update claim information within company systems.

• Communicate with customers, vendors, healthcare providers, insurance carriers, or other parties regarding claim status and required documentation.

• Research and resolve claim discrepancies, missing information, and processing issues.

• Monitor claim workflows to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.

• Prepare reports, maintain records, and assist with audits as needed.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Provide administrative support to claims, benefits, or operations teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of administrative, claims processing, insurance, benefits administration, or related experience

• Strong data entry and recordkeeping skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database systems.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

• Experience working in a regulated or documentation-heavy environment is a plus.
