We're looking for someone with 2+ years of experience as a Retail Sales Merchandiser who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring products are displayed effectively and attractively to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. You'll work closely with store teams to execute merchandising strategies, maintain plan-o-grams, and keep shelving and display areas looking their best. Plan and execute product displays and merchandising strategies across retail locations to maximize visibility and sales performance Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, restock shelves, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines Collaborate with retail partners and internal sales teams to identify opportunities for improving product positioning and driving revenue

Ability to travel regularly to multiple retail locations within an assigned territory, with reliable transportation Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while managing a flexible and sometimes physically demanding schedule Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess store environments quickly and make effective merchandising decisions on the spot
