Job Summary
- Assist with the preventative maintenance and repairs of all mechanical equipment (i.e. air, plumbing, electrical).
- Assists in building new projects and replacing existing structures.
- Assists with troubleshooting all equipment operations (i.e. electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration).
- Must be able to paint, clean, move material, and assist or complete assigned projects that cover all aspects of the Facilities department.
- Informs supervisor of any trends or recurring problems with equipment or construction.
- Must be able to assist to the following laminate (carpentry), electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC, flooring and all other projects associated with the maintenance and construction performed by the Facilities department.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license in your state of residence and maintain a clean driving record. Must have drivers license on their person at all times.
- Exhibits a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with customer of fellow team members.
- Any and all duties as assigned by your Supervisor or a member of management.
