Job Summary
- Greets guests with a positive and friendly attitude. Assure guests are seated in a timely manner assuring that guests have a favorable dining experience.
- Coordinates activities of dining room personnel to provide fast and courteous service to guests.
- Greets guests, escorts them to tables, and provides menus in timely manner.
- Assigns work tasks and coordinates activities of dining room personnel to ensure prompt and courteous service to guests.
- Inspects dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness, and requisitions table linens and other dining room supplies for tables and serving stations.
- Prepares beverages and expedites food orders as needed.
- Collects payment from customers as needed.
- Computes or recomputed bill, itemized lists, and tickets showing amount due as needed.
- Works closely with Stewarding to ensure that the outlet is stocked with clean china and silver
- Takes beverage orders, serves beverages and bartends when necessary
- Ensures that all tables remain clean and free of dirty dishes and debris
- Responsible for daily break down of the outlet at closing.
- Use of all bar equipment, cash registers and Micro System.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and team members.
- Become knowledgeable of Resorts Casino policies and procedures with regards to alcoholic beverages
- Other duties as assigned.
