About the Position: Serves as a Civil Engineer that performs levee design work; reviews and coordinates work of other engineers; and, assists a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) on designated projects. Management may select at any of the grade levels announced with non-competitive promotion potential to target grade (GS-12). Non-competitive promotion potential to the target grade will be based on time-in-grade requirements and demonstrated ability to perform the higher graded duties.
