Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse - Jefferson City, MOAdecco USA

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Home Health contract in Jefferson City, MO. This assignment provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout a 10-county coverage area.

Job Details

       Location: Jefferson City, MO 65109

       Pay: $33$36/hour, mileage reimbursed between patient visits

       Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:30 PM (40 hours per week)

       Dress Code: Navy or black scrubs

Responsibilities

       Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.

       Perform head-to-toe patient assessments and monitor changes in health status.

       Provide wound care and other nursing treatments as ordered.

       Educate patients on disease processes, medications, and treatment plans.

       Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately.

       Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians and the healthcare team.

       Coordinate patient care and follow established clinical protocols.

       Travel between patient visits throughout the assigned 10-county coverage area.

       Participate in the rotating weekend schedule as required.

Requirements

       Active LPN license.

       IV certification required.

       Strong patient assessment and clinical documentation skills.

       Ability to travel throughout the assigned coverage area.

       Availability to work Monday through Friday and participate in the rotating weekend schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

       Home health nursing experience.

       Wound care experience.

       Lab draws and specimen collection.

       Foley catheter insertion.

Pay Details: $33.00 to $36.00 per hour
