Requirements Demonstrated experience in operational finance, financial analysis, or project accounting within a construction, engineering, or similarly project-driven environment.

Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, billing, revenue recognition, financial reporting, and month-end close activities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyze large data sets, track key performance indicators, and prepare meaningful reports.

Experience working with accounts receivable, accounts payable, project costing, audit support, and ad hoc financial analysis.

Ability to interpret contracts and assess financial implications related to project performance, risk, and compliance requirements.

Proven communication and partnership skills with the ability to work effectively with leadership, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
