These positions are located in US Department of Agriculture (USDA), Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), Working Capital Fund Division (WCFD) in Kansas City, MO. These positions are established to assist Working Capital Fund activity centers in the development and formulation of the assigned operating budgets as well as review and bill the income recovery methodology for said services.
