Job Summary
- Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and patient needs.
- Provide discipline-specific speech-language pathology services and oversee appropriate delegation of care in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Design and implement functional treatment programs that support safe discharge planning and successful reintegration into home and community environments.
- Educate patients, families, students, and interdisciplinary team members while actively participating in ongoing professional development.
- Contribute to program development, quality initiatives, and other professional activities that support excellence in patient care and service delivery.
