ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

• Staff, schedule, evaluate, train, develop and monitor team members. Recommend wage increases, promotions, demotions, discipline, and other employment actions for team members.
• Assist in developing and implementing policies, procedures and rules including operations manuals, to promote compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Establish and maintain training and development procedures to ensure superior guest service standards are met.
• Prepares and delivers performance appraisals for assigned team.
• Understand department objectives, standards, guidelines, and budget.
• Ensure assigned outlet is well staffed, organized and operating to our exceptional standard.
• Open and close work area at scheduled times, ensuring full preparation for operation/function; ensure cleanliness and security of company assets.
• Work with Outlet Manager and Chefs to ensure proper food preparation and presentation.
• Monitor team members and directing necessary coaching as needed.
• Responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory levels for assigned outlet.
• Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
