Sport Clips Haircuts of University City is hiring a Salon Manager to lead a high-performing mens and boys hair salon. This role is ideal for a licensed cosmetologist or barber who enjoys hair cutting, coaching teams, managing salon operations, and delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

As Salon Manager, you will oversee daily operations, support and develop stylists, and create a positive, team-focused salon culture while running the business with confidence and integrity. Youll be the heartbeat of a team dedicated to building a massive, loyal clientele but more importantly with drive and leadership.

Compensation

Managers typically earn between $28$36 ($56,000 @ 40 hrs/wk) per hour (base pay, tips, and performance bonuses & incentives included), with upside potential as the salon grows.

Salon Manager Requirements

* Active Missouri cosmetology or barber license
* Proven salon leadership experience preferred, including salon, spa, retail, or store managementSport Clips management background preferred
* Strong leadership, interpersonal, & communication skills with the ability to multitask and manage attention to detail
* A passion for providing exceptional haircuts to clients
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment along with flexibility to include evenings and weekends
