Job Summary
- To protect the assets of Cactus Pete’s Casinos and Hotels.
- Direct the day-to-day operation of an assigned shift and team members.
- Supervise and direct assigned shift operations and ensure activities and job duties are being performed.
- Knowledge of all departmental policies and procedures, internal controls and all parts of the Nevada Gaming Commission (NGC) Controls. Reports any deviations to the director.
- Coordinate team member schedules, breaks and PTO to ensure staffing complies with NGC regulations.
- Advises agent’s performance, activities and development to the Manager.
- Keeps Manager informed of all pertinent information regarding the Surveillance Department.
- Provides assigned shift on the job training and conducts training classes as required.
- Performs all duties required of Surveillance Agents.
