What will I be doing?

Coordinates and facilitates training programs and initiatives for Resort Operations within designated region. Delivers non-technical training, coordinates course enrollment, tracks attendance, prepares lesson plans and evaluates course effectiveness and transfer of learning. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
