Summary:

The Strength and Conditioning Coach provides comprehensive physical readiness and performance services to New Hampshire National Guard Service Members and their Families. This position develops and delivers evidence-based strength and conditioning programs aligned with Army Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) principles to improve physical performance, reduce injury risk, and support readiness.
