We're looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience as a Retail Sales Merchandiser to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring products are displayed effectively and attractively to drive sales. You'll work with plan-o-grams, clip strips, J-hooks, and impulse merchandising techniques to create compelling product displays. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a keen eye for detail and enjoys working in a dynamic retail environment.

Execute and maintain product displays using plan-o-grams, clip strips, and J-hooks to ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing Implement impulse merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and drive sales in high-traffic areas Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth reset execution and maintain merchandising standards across assigned locations

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple store locations with minimal supervision Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform tasks such as bending and reaching throughout the workday Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to various retail locations within an assigned territory
