Adecco Staffing is working with a growing food manufacturing company in Greenville, NH to hire Machine Operators for 1st Shift. This is a full-time opportunity offering a 4-day work week, competitive pay, and overtime opportunities.

Position: Machine Operator

Shift: Monday Thursday | 7:00 AM 5:00 PM

Pay: $18.00 $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Duties:
Set up, operate, and monitor food processing and packaging equipment
Ensure products are manufactured according to quality and food safety standards
Supply materials to production lines and monitor machine performance
Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and packaging accuracy
Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic equipment maintenance
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and communicate larger concerns to maintenance
Assist with product changeovers and machine adjustments
Work closely with production and quality teams to meet daily goals
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements:
Previous manufacturing, machine operation, warehouse, production, or food production experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to read and follow work instructions
Reliable attendance and positive attitude
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the duration of the shift

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment
Ability to work in a food production environment while following safety and sanitation procedures

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
