At least 1 year of legal experience, with exposure to commercial real estate, civil or commercial litigation, and/or condominium or community association matters preferred.

Demonstrated ability to draft legal documents, negotiate effectively, and support or lead litigation activities such as motions practice and depositions.

Working knowledge of real estate-related legal issues, including commercial leasing, transactions, and dispute resolution.

Ability to manage multiple assignments independently while maintaining strong attention to detail in a fast-paced practice.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
