We're looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience as a Retail Sales Merchandiser to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring products are displayed effectively and attractively across retail locations. You'll work with plan-o-grams, clip strips, J-hooks, and impulse merchandising techniques to maximize product visibility and drive sales. A sharp eye for detail and a knack for customer service will be key to your success in this position.

Execute and maintain product displays using plan-o-grams, clip strips, and J-hooks to ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing Implement impulse merchandising strategies to optimize product placement and increase sales opportunities throughout the store Collaborate with store staff to ensure merchandising standards are met and provide excellent customer service when needed

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple retail locations with minimal supervision Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform tasks such as bending, reaching, and climbing ladders Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied schedules, including early mornings or weekends, to meet store needs
