We're looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience as a Retail Sales Merchandiser to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring products are displayed effectively and attractively to drive sales. You'll work with plan-o-grams, clip strips, J-hooks, and impulse merchandising techniques to create compelling product displays. Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset are key to succeeding in this position.

Plan and execute product displays and merchandising strategies across retail locations to maximize visibility and sales performance Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store staff and management to ensure brand standards are consistently met Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store teams to ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing

Ability to travel regularly between multiple retail locations within an assigned territory Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while managing a flexible schedule Physically able to lift and move product displays and merchandise, typically up to 50 lbs
