Position: General Production Associate
Pay: $20.50 to 23.50 per hour
Location: Pittsfield, NH

Job Duties:
Support food production and packaging operations
Load materials and supplies into production areas
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
Follow recipes, work instructions, and production schedules
Maintain accurate production records and documentation
Assist with machine operation and production line support
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow all food safety, quality, and GMP requirements
Support team members in achieving daily production goals
Requirements:
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, assembly, construction, landscaping, or food production experience preferred but not required
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment:
Food manufacturing facility
Clean and temperature-controlled environment
Hairnets, gloves, smocks, and other required PPE must be worn
Safety-focused workplace with established food quality standards

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
Ability to perform repetitive production tasks
Ability to work safely around production equipment

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.50 per hour
