We're looking for someone with 5-8 years of experience as a Merchandiser who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring products are displayed effectively to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience. You'll work closely with store teams to execute plan-o-grams, set up displays, and implement impulse merchandising strategies. Execute product displays and planograms across retail locations to ensure brand standards and maximize product visibility Collaborate with retail partners and internal teams to monitor inventory levels, rotate stock, and address any merchandising issues in a timely manner Analyze sales trends and product placement effectiveness to recommend improvements that drive revenue growth

Ability to travel frequently to multiple retail locations, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods while setting up displays and managing product placement Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities across various retail environments
