We're looking for someone with 5-8 years of experience as a Merchandiser who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring products are displayed effectively to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience. You'll work closely with store teams to execute plan-o-grams, set up displays, and implement impulse merchandising strategies. Execute product displays and planograms across retail locations to ensure brand standards and maximize product visibility Collaborate with retail partners and internal teams to monitor inventory levels, product placement, and overall merchandising effectiveness Conduct regular store visits to assess display conditions, make adjustments as needed, and report on merchandising performance

Ability to travel to multiple retail locations regularly, with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Physical ability to lift and move product displays, stand for extended periods, and perform hands-on setup tasks in a retail environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple store accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
